The role requires ownership of nationwide expansion delivery, stakeholder alignment, vendor accountability, and continuous improvement.

Leads abcoffee’s growth and business development strategy, including strategic partnerships, revenue opportunities, new channels, GTM initiatives, campaigns, forecasting, and performance measurement. Owns growth targets and commercial negotiations while coordinating cross-functional execution with Operations, Marketing, and Technology. Builds and mentors the Growth/Business Development team, develops dashboards and business cases, and presents performance and growth plans to senior leadership.
