The role requires fast, independent decision-making, volume hiring capability, direct sourcing through UAE job boards, and strong candidate experience management. It is fully on-site in Dubai and excludes HR administration such as visas, payroll, and employee relations.

Owns month-end close, consolidation, Corporate Tax and VAT filings, external audit leadership, intercompany reconciliations, financial controls, statutory filings, and banking and FTA relationships across multiple group entities. Supervises accounting teams in Dubai and Armenia, maintains accounting records and schedules, and provides accurate consolidation inputs to the Financial Controller.

Own day-to-day marketing execution across five brands, including shoot scheduling and readiness, social publishing and account operations, vendor and physical-brand management, HIVE Business Center launch logistics, asset filing, task tracking, and weekly reporting. The role requires decisive ownership of deadlines, vendor delivery, social channels, collateral, and operational escalations across Dubai.

Supports procurement operations by sourcing suppliers, comparing quotations, onboarding vendors, processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining documentation, monitoring inventory needs, coordinating logistics, preparing procurement reports, resolving supplier issues, and improving procurement procedures.
