We are a Dubai-based property & marketing group running 5 brands on our own in-house marketing platform ('Marketing OS'), with full ad tracking and attribution built in. We are hiring a Paid Ads Manager in Armenia to own all our Meta & Google advertising and turn ad spend into measurable bookings and leads.
What you’ll do:
Plan, build and run Meta & Google Ads campaigns end to end across our 5 brands (holiday homes, interiors, property care, real estate, and a launching business center).
Own the ad budget: allocation across brands, daily pacing, bidding, scaling winners and cutting losers.
Build and test audiences and creatives (with our content team) and align them to landing pages.
Track every campaign inside our in-house Marketing OS attribution — no external reporting tools.
Report ROAS and cost-per-lead per brand every week, and flag what to change.
What we’re looking for:
3+ years hands-on managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max) with real budget responsibility.
Proven results you can show with numbers (ROAS improved, cost-per-lead reduced).
Confident working remotely and async with a Dubai-based team.
Solid written English.
Real estate, holiday homes or hospitality advertising a strong plus.
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable owning targets.
Skills Required
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience managing Google Search and Performance Max campaigns
- Demonstrated advertising results with measurable improvements in ROAS or cost-per-lead
- Experience with real budget responsibility
- Confident working remotely and asynchronously
