Establish ServiceNow CMDB as the authoritative source of truth through data modeling, discovery, service mapping, integrations, reconciliation, health controls, certification, and automation. Partner with ITSM, ITOM, security, cloud, infrastructure, architecture, and product teams while leading operating model design and the CMDB workstream through the organization’s TSA exit and standalone transition.

Lead the functional design, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, roadmap, and release management of Workday across multiple HR modules. Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, maintain data quality, develop reporting structures, and guide platform enhancements. Advise HR leaders on Workday best practices, support training and adoption, and ensure alignment between HR processes and system capabilities.

Supports the legal team by triaging requests, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements such as NDAs, data licenses, software licenses, MSAs, SOWs, and SaaS agreements. Manages data delivery channels including APIs, SFTP, Snowflake, Amazon S3, and Databricks. Coordinates Snowflake migration and API platform workstreams, including requirements, integrations, schema design, data transformation, validation, testing, release planning, client onboarding, training, service monitoring, and post-launch support. Collaborates with product teams, technical teams, vendors, clients, and global stakeholders to ensure reliable data delivery and resolve service issues.

Leads IT audit engagements from planning through reporting, including SOX ITGC and ITAC testing, operational and compliance audits, workpaper review, findings development, and remediation follow-up. Coaches junior staff, supports risk assessment and audit planning, communicates with stakeholders, improves audit methodologies, and implements automated audit procedures using AI solutions.
