Collaborate with sales, product, and go-to-market teams to align campaigns with customer needs and organizational objectives.

Designs, builds, operates, and maintains developer productivity tools, CI/CD pipelines, deployment systems, and cloud infrastructure. Collaborates across engineering, architecture, cloud, security, and support teams to improve workflows, delivery speed, reliability, and quality. The role also involves researching technologies, prototyping solutions, troubleshooting cloud systems, and mentoring developers on tooling and practices.

Designs and executes automated and manual tests across UI and API layers using Java and Python. Develops maintainable test suites, supports CI/CD integration, performs functional and regression testing, tracks defects, validates database data, and collaborates with Agile/Scrum teams to improve release quality and reduce recurring issues.

Build and support large-scale data ingestion, transformation, and processing pipelines. Assemble complex datasets, improve cloud-native data frameworks, create real-time monitoring and alerting dashboards, and document data assets, metrics, and KPIs. Collaborate with product teams and distributed cross-functional teams using Python, distributed data technologies, SQL, NoSQL databases, and workflow automation tools.

Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of data-driven OEM platform products serving automotive clients. Translate customer and market needs into prioritized initiatives, integrate multiple datasets, advance AI-enabled capabilities, and drive product launches and adoption. Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success while influencing executives and supporting revenue and margin growth.

Provides executive and office administrative support, including calendar and travel coordination, meeting organization, expense reporting, confidential information handling, office supplies, vendor interactions, maintenance coordination, visitor support, and workplace events. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, discretion, initiative, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and travel expense systems.
