Performs geospatial workflows involving imagery preprocessing, vector digitization, LiDAR classification, DEM creation, hydrographic breakline extraction, data conflation, metadata, reporting, and geodatabase management. Manages remote sensing and geospatial projects from proposal development through delivery and closeout. Oversees LiDAR and photogrammetry activities, quality control, business development, profitability, strategic growth, hiring, and associate training. Collaborates with market and operational leaders on investments, partnerships, acquisitions, and operational goals while ensuring safe and effective project execution.

Performs collection, processing, quality assurance, and analysis of LiDAR and aerial imagery data. Troubleshoots geospatial processing workflows, GNSS and IMU equipment, supports data management and archiving strategies, and helps train associates. The role requires GIS knowledge, 3D modeling and visualization understanding, teamwork, problem-solving, travel, and adherence to safety and information security policies.

Supports geospatial AI and machine learning projects by preparing satellite imagery, lidar, and vector data; developing and evaluating models for feature extraction, classification, and image segmentation; building automation workflows; visualizing results; documenting processes; and collaborating with GIS, lidar, and data science teams. The internship is office-based in Huntsville, Alabama and includes mentorship, technical discussions, and hands-on client or research work.

Leads full-lifecycle SCADA and industrial controls projects, including system architecture, electrical design, PLC and HMI programming, communications integration, field commissioning, troubleshooting, client support, and project closeout. Programs Allen-Bradley PLCs, integrates instrumentation and networks, performs testing and loop checks, coordinates engineering and panel shop resources, and supports proposals and fee estimates. Requires extensive field experience, regional travel, and independent project ownership.

Develops and maintains accurate geospatial data products using GIS, CAD, remote sensing, aerial imagery, and LiDAR workflows. Responsibilities include imagery preprocessing, vector digitization, LiDAR classification and feature extraction, metadata preparation, project reporting, geodatabase management, and advising on geospatial standards. The role requires ESRI experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. It is limited to transitioning DoD SkillBridge service members.

Manages accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, coding, data entry, payment preparation, vendor communication, discrepancy resolution, expense report review, vendor record maintenance, W-9 and 1099 tracking, and AP aging monitoring. The role also supports special projects and requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with accounting software.

Leads transportation drainage engineering projects as Engineer of Record, overseeing storm sewer and stormwater management designs, plans, calculations, permits, and documentation. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, performs quality control, mentors engineers, supports project administration and business development, and serves as a client-facing representative. Requires Florida PE registration, FDOT design expertise, advanced MicroStation/GEOPAK proficiency, and at least eight years of experience. Hydrologic and hydraulic modeling experience is advantageous.
