Leads d.light’s global tax strategy, compliance, accounting, transfer pricing, cross-border taxation, audits, and tax technology across multiple jurisdictions. The role manages tax risks, filings, provisions, forecasts, legislative monitoring, external advisers, process improvements, and tax team development. It also advises leadership on tax implications for projects, products, and expansion plans while ensuring compliance with OECD Pillar Two and country-by-country reporting obligations.

Manages territory sales for solar products, including direct selling, outlet and agent management, promoter recruitment, customer acquisition, collections, inventory availability, and payment-risk monitoring. Builds customer and channel relationships, expands distribution through experience centers, phone shops, and retail distributors, tracks competitors and market trends, maintains portfolio health, and ensures sales, collection, stock, and recruitment targets are achieved.

Leads profitable growth and sales revenue across an assigned region. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies and budgets, managing distributors and routes to market, controlling operating expenses, improving customer experience, executing trade marketing, analyzing market intelligence, developing staff capabilities, and overseeing partnerships, retail, PAYGO channels, and company assets.

Drives retail sales across an assigned territory, manages the PAYGO channel, recruits and trains channel partners and sales agents, monitors stock levels, implements route-to-market strategies, and executes field initiatives to improve sales, productivity, profitability, and market coverage.
