Supports European talent acquisition activities across the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, applicant tracking, recruitment reporting, employer branding, and candidate communications. The intern will help maintain talent pipelines, support recruitment administration and process improvement projects, and apply recruitment best practices, diversity and inclusion principles, GDPR, and employment regulations.

Oversee accurate, timely Belgian payroll processing, including compensation, benefits, deductions, payments, and statutory filings. Manage external payroll providers, ensure compliance with Belgian labor and social security legislation, support audits, and maintain payroll governance. Drive process standardization, automation, data accuracy, and HRIS improvements. Provide payroll expertise to People and Finance stakeholders, resolve employee queries, deliver reporting, and support budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation.
