Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile raw material vendor accounts, ensuring accuracy of statements and invoices.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, employees, and internal Finance/Treasury teams regarding payments and inquiries.
- Monitor and resolve un‑invoiced receipts, ensuring compliance with performance metrics.
- Enter and process invoices daily, meeting month‑end and year‑end deadlines.
- Audit employee expense reports, ensuring proper documentation and timely approval for payment runs.
- Set up and maintain vendor records, including onboarding, updates, and compliance with procedures.
- Support audits, special projects, and transitions.
- Collaborate with AP team members
- Maintain organized email and system inboxes.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree (BA or BS) in accounting or finance from a four year college or university.
- 1 year working in the Accounts Payable department.
- Strong and fluent English
- Solid computer skills – Microsoft Office, Excel and Word, Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
