Processes the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice verification, coding, posting, and payment processing through checks, ACH, wires, and electronic transfers. Reconciles vendor statements, resolves discrepancies, supports month-end close, prepares reports, maintains internal-control compliance, and assists external auditors. Develop, test, debug, and optimize C-based embedded firmware for electronic controls in commercial laundry equipment. Responsibilities include working with peripherals such as UART, I2C, ADC, PWM, and EEPROM; creating test specifications; conducting root cause analysis; documenting engineering changes; using Git and YouTrack; validating prototypes and production systems; and supporting manufacturing with firmware-related issues.

Leads the architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of C-based embedded firmware for laundry machine controllers, HMIs, I/O boards, and other microcontroller systems. Develops drivers, communication protocols, bootloaders, and real-time controls; performs hardware integration and debugging; ensures safety, cybersecurity, quality, and regulatory compliance; supports production issue resolution; defines new system architectures; and mentors firmware engineers.

Grows and maintains commercial laundry product sales across assigned Manhattan accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting, conducting laundromat site surveys, developing business cases, managing CRM data and follow-up, supporting quotations and customer training, forecasting sales, executing territory plans, monitoring competitors, and building account relationships. The role requires territory travel, occasional overnight travel, customer presentations, and collaboration with sales and management teams.
