Responsibilities include organizing training logistics, budgets, records, staff and facilitator coordination, homestay and community engagement, and communication with development partners. The role requires strong youth-training experience, Arabic and English fluency, computer proficiency, adaptability, organization, and a commitment to participatory community development.

Supports daily finance activities including payment processing, transaction recording, bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, budget tracking, procurement documentation, vendor records, reimbursements, audit preparation, and compliance filing. The intern maintains accurate financial records, verifies supporting documentation, updates finance trackers, assists with stipend schedules and asset records, and responds to routine finance queries under the supervision of the accounting team.

Supports CorpsAfrica/Uganda’s communications work by producing photos, videos, graphics, social media content, stories, newsletters, and event documentation. The role assists with digital platform management, content scheduling, media and stakeholder research, engagement analytics, communications databases, archives, calendars, and logistical support. Candidates need photography, videography, writing, editing, storytelling, social media, and basic graphic design skills, along with a relevant bachelor’s degree and required work samples.

Supports the South Africa Finance Unit by organizing financial documentation, preparing payment vouchers, tracking cash advances and expenses, reconciling petty cash and bank accounts, and assisting with financial and donor reporting. The role also supports procurement documentation, vendor verification, audit preparation, internal controls, policy compliance, and staff expense submissions.
