Leads the organization’s Project Management Office, strategic capital project portfolio, and project management framework. Oversees planning, budgets, risks, procurement, consultants, resources, KPIs, and stakeholder communications. Advocates for organizational priorities with city partners and external stakeholders, coordinates master plan and infrastructure initiatives, supports construction and renovation planning, and prepares executive, board, and government briefings.

Provides administrative and operational support to the Public Safety team, including records management, recruitment coordination, employee scheduling, payroll and timesheet processing, certification tracking, equipment deployment, event staffing, and ERP record maintenance. The role coordinates staffing coverage, supports policy and collective agreement application, assists with events and special projects, and maintains accurate workforce and operational documentation in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
