Designs and produces visual assets for email marketing, websites, digital advertising, social media, promotional campaigns, and e-commerce initiatives. Responsibilities include email campaign production, responsive creative adaptation, photo and video asset preparation, brand consistency, quality control, and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. Collaborates with marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to support product launches, customer lifecycle campaigns, engagement, conversions, and creative process improvements.

Design fashion products by researching trends, colors, and mood boards; creating technical drawings, color CADs, styles, and tech packs; managing samples and proto comments; approving fabrics and lab dips; preparing buyer presentations; and coordinating sample shipments and status updates with vendors and sales teams.

The Tech Designer manages apparel fit and specifications, primarily for plus-size garments. Responsibilities include measuring and fitting samples, documenting alterations through sketches and comments, coordinating revisions with overseas suppliers and factories, resolving production issues, tracking shipments, entering quality-control data, and reviewing inspection reports. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, Illustrator skills, Excel proficiency, bilingual French and English communication, and 4–5 years of similar experience with plus-size or outerwear garments.
