PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS :

  • Gérer les tailles, l’ajustement (fit), les normes de qualité, les tolérances, le design et les patrons.
  • Communiquer avec les fournisseurs concernant tous les commentaires liés à l’ajustement, au style et aux traitements de lavage (wash).
  • Maintenir à jour les dessins techniques, les fiches de style, les mesures d’ajustement, les méthodes de construction, les détails de couture et les patrons.
  • Mesurer et vérifier tous les échantillons afin d’assurer l’exactitude des fiches techniques et des dessins techniques.
  • Communiquer avec l’équipe de développement de produits et les fournisseurs concernant les commentaires et rétroactions.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec plusieurs départements.


AVEZ-VOUS LE PROFIL QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS ?

  • Diplôme de Dessin de Patron;
  • Maîtrise d’Excel, Illustrator et d’un système PLM.
  • Expérience et bonne compréhension de la conception de vêtements, du patronage, de l’ajustement (fit), des spécifications techniques et des techniques de couture.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément et à respecter les échéanciers.
  • Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles.
  • Connaissance de Photoshop.
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais). L’anglais est requis pour ce poste puisque la personne devra collaborer quotidiennement avec des usines situées à l’étranger, présenter des croquis et communiquer des informations à des partenaires et clients à l’extérieur du Québec.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Managing size, fit, quality standards, tolerance, design and pattern.
  • Communicating with the supplier regarding all fit, style, and wash comments.
  • Keeping technical drawings, style, fit measurements, construction, stitching, and patterns up to date.
  • Measuring and checking all samples to maintain accurate specification sheets and technical drawings.
  • Communicating with Product development team, and suppliers regarding all feedback comments.
  • Collaborating with multiple departments.

 

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?


  • Degree in Pattern Design.
  • knowledge of Excel, Illustrator, and PLM.
  • Experience and understanding of garment design, pattern making, fit and specifications, sewing techniques.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop.
  • Bilingual (French/English); English is necessary for this position since the person will work daily with overseas factories and will need to present sketches and send communications and information to clients outside of Quebec.
