Orders, schedules, receives, inspects, unloads, distributes, and inventories maintenance and construction materials and equipment. Maintains work orders, account numbers, files, cross-reference records, and monthly accounting documentation. Supports contract supervision and field operations, locates specialty equipment, assists operators, and follows workplace safety protocols in plant or construction-site settings.

Coordinates vendors, suppliers, construction teams, and procurement stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and vendor data. Maintains procurement records, supports project and estimating teams, monitors delivery schedules, and mentors procurement specialists while promoting safety and ethical business practices.
