Manages university grant-seeking and reporting activities, including researching funding opportunities, developing compliant proposals, coordinating submissions, tracking awards, and maintaining grant calendars and records in Raiser's Edge NXT. The role maintains data quality, documentation, system health, and application-cycle readiness while collaborating with admissions, marketing, communications, and other university offices.

Manages the university’s organic social media presence across multiple platforms, including content calendars, posting, community engagement, storytelling, and stakeholder coordination. Researches and writes social content, adapts editorial stories into platform-specific formats, tracks performance metrics, and optimizes content strategies. Monitors channels for reputational issues and supports public relations responses. The role also contributes to brand voice, audience growth, and universitywide communications goals.

Develops and optimizes enrollment marketing and institutional storytelling content across websites, email, print, social media, and admissions communications. Writes, edits, repurposes, and maintains program materials for diverse student audiences; applies SEO and performance analytics to improve engagement. Collaborates with marketing, admissions, and academic teams, while potentially managing a student content network through recruitment, onboarding, editorial guidance, content review, and follow-up.

Processes daily university donations in Raiser's Edge NXT, including gift analysis, batch entry, receipts, acknowledgment letters, matching gifts, constituent updates, and reconciliation. Produces fundraising and financial reports, coordinates with Advancement and Business Office teams, answers benefactor questions, maintains procedures and filing systems, and may supervise student staff. Requires accuracy, confidentiality, strong computer skills, and the ability to meet 24–48-hour processing deadlines.

Supports HR operations for university faculty and staff, including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, conflict mediation, performance processes, compliance, training, records management, reporting, engagement initiatives, and HR policy or process improvements. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, advising employees and managers, and promoting an inclusive workplace aligned with the university’s mission.
