Lead WeWork India’s social media and content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Develop campaigns, UGC initiatives, thought-leadership content, and creative productions; manage paid social, analytics, online reputation, influencers, agencies, and cross-functional partners. Lead sales efforts for WeWork India in Hyderabad by generating and managing midsize and large-company prospects, overseeing sales pipelines, handling inbound leads, conducting workspace tours, presenting solutions, and closing deals. The role owns cluster occupancy, cultivates C-level relationships, develops new markets, and partners with internal teams to ensure successful member placement and follow-up. Regular travel across the city and between WeWork locations is required.

Lead community management for a WeWork building, overseeing member experience, occupancy, renewals, events, sales support, building operations, vendors, expenses, safety, and team performance. The role manages KPIs, resolves member issues, coordinates move-ins and move-outs, improves operational processes, supports revenue goals, and develops employees while maintaining company standards and fostering member connections.
