This is an end-to-end role spanning strategy, planning and execution — from defining how the brand shows up across channels and building content and campaign strategies, to leading creative development, managing agencies and using data to continuously improve performance.

We’re looking for someone who understands that great social media goes beyond reach, followers and engagement. The right candidate will know how to build relevant audiences, turn brand and business priorities into compelling social narratives, and use content, culture and insights to strengthen WeWork India’s position as a leading voice in the commercial real estate and workplace ecosystem.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesStrategy, Content & Creative

  • Build annual and quarterly plans and translate brand and business priorities into content strategies, campaigns and actionable calendars.

  • Conceptualise and lead social-first campaigns, content properties and high-impact creative ideas from strategy through execution.

  • Develop and execute UGC-led campaigns across LinkedIn and Instagram, leveraging community, member and audience stories to build authentic brand engagement.

  • Lead social content across formats and productions, including shoots, video, static and emerging formats, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

  • Maintain a high bar for storytelling, creative quality and brand consistency while ensuring content is built for the behaviour of each platform.

  • Identify emerging cultural, content and platform trends and translate them into relevant opportunities for the brand.

  • Platform first strategy for LinkendIN, Instagram and Youtube

Brand, Audience & Thought Leadership
  • Build WeWork India’s social channels into strong thought-leadership platforms across commercial real estate, workplace, business and the future of work.

  • Develop content that reaches and grows the right audiences, prioritising audience relevance and quality alongside scale.

  • Translate business expertise, industry developments, research and leadership perspectives into distinctive social narratives.

  • Continuously strengthen brand authority, relevance and Share of Voice within the category.

  • Build and maintain performance benchmarks with the ambition to consistently outperform relevant industry and cross-industry standards.

Analytics & Performance
  • Own social media measurement and reporting across platforms, campaigns and content.

  • Define and track KPIs across engagement, audience growth, content effectiveness and brand visibility.

  • Go beyond reporting what happened to understand why it happened, what it means and what we should do next.

  • Analyse content, audience, competitor and platform trends to uncover actionable insights and opportunities.

  • Translate social and audience intelligence into recommendations that can inform wider brand and business decisions.

  • Develop and optimise Paid Social strategies across relevant platforms, including audience targeting, amplification and performance measurement.

Online Reputation Management
  • Own the ORM mandate and manage the external ORM agency across monitoring, query and response management, sentiment and reputation.

  • Ensure queries and responses are managed within agreed First Level Response (FLR) timelines and escalation processes.

  • Monitor sentiment, Share of Voice and emerging conversations to proactively identify opportunities and reputational risks.

  • Use ORM and social-listening insights to identify trends and inform broader social, brand and business decisions.

Team, Agency & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead and mentor the social media team while staying closely involved in strategy, creative development and execution.

  • Manage social, creative, production, influencer, ORM and other specialist partners across briefing, execution, quality and performance.

  • Lead influencer and creator initiatives, ensuring partnerships are relevant to the brand, audience and campaign objective.

  • Partner closely with Creative, Brand, Marketing, PR and business teams to develop integrated campaigns and narratives.

  • Manage multiple priorities and confidently present strategies, ideas, insights and results to senior stakeholders.

Education and Desired Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience across social media, content, digital or brand marketing, preferably with strong brand-side experience.

  • Proven experience owning social media strategy and execution across multiple platforms.

  • Strong experience with Paid Social, including audience strategy, targeting, amplification, optimisation and performance measurement.

  • Experience developing and executing UGC-led campaigns across LinkedIn and Instagram.

  • Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent creative judgement and an understanding of what makes content work.

  • Strong analytical ability — comfortable interrogating data, identifying trends and translating numbers into meaningful insights and actions.

  • Experience developing campaigns and managing content and creative production end-to-end.

  • Experience managing teams, agencies, creators and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of social platforms, audience behaviour, culture and the evolving digital landscape.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and project-management skills.
