Administers and supports assigned business applications by managing production issues, upgrades, integrations, testing, monitoring, documentation, vendor tickets, and change requests. Partners with business stakeholders, developers, analysts, infrastructure, and security teams to improve application performance and functionality. Provides user training, customer support, maintenance communications, invoice and purchase order processing, and on-call assistance. Requires strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Supports and maintains enterprise WAN, LAN, and WLAN infrastructure across corporate offices, stores, and distribution centers. Handles escalated inquiries, audits, reporting, training, onboarding, testing, and process improvements. Provides guidance to leave team members, managers, vendors, and personnel clerks while maintaining confidentiality and supporting consistent processes across retail, warehouse, and office locations.

Leads indirect tax compliance for sales, use, fuel, and property taxes. Reviews tax returns, reconciliations, journal entries, and audit activities; monitors legislative changes; coordinates with internal departments, consultants, and taxing authorities; pursues tax incentives and refunds; documents processes; and mentors staff. The role requires accounting or finance expertise, tax-law application, financial reporting, general ledger experience, advanced Excel skills, and leadership capability.

Supports attorneys with legal research, litigation matters, discovery, subpoenas, litigation holds, ESI searches, depositions, witness preparation, contract review and negotiation, licensing compliance, reporting, and document management. The role also performs clerical and scheduling duties, maintains legal files and databases, and handles confidential information. Candidates need at least five years of legal experience, strong commercial contract and litigation expertise, legal research skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
