Leads regional sales operations and physician liaison teams across assigned healthcare markets. Develops sales strategies, analyzes referral and performance data, manages CRM reporting, coaches team members, builds relationships with physicians and stakeholders, and oversees hiring, onboarding, training, forecasting, and achievement of referral and revenue targets. Frequent territory travel is required.

Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, hospital systems, and referral networks within an assigned territory. Execute sales and marketing strategies, deliver clinical sales presentations, generate physical therapy referrals, develop community and sports medicine partnerships, manage territory resources, and track performance against sales objectives. The role requires extensive regional travel, healthcare marketplace knowledge, strong communication, and consultative selling skills.

Supports financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making. Analyzes financial and KPI performance against budget, improves financial processes and reporting tools, develops forecasting methodologies, and presents concise financial insights to organizational leaders.
