Responsibilities include executing the Knowledge Management Plan, creating and updating knowledge base articles, SOPs, TTPs, training materials, user guides, and technical documentation. The role documents systems, applications, infrastructure diagrams, architectures, data flows, security policies, and compliance materials while aligning procedures with ITIL and agency standards. Ensures program documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within SLA requirements.

Coordinates vendors and internal projects, reports system risks, and maintains IT service availability across multiple locations. Requires travel by land or air up to 50%.
