Provides frontline Tier 1 IT support to federal and DoD-aligned end users through phone, chat, and service portals. Leads an enterprise federal IT service delivery program supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 service desk, contact center, knowledge management, account management, and executive support operations. Oversees contract deliverables, SLAs, staffing, risk management, contingency planning, security compliance, operational analytics, and continuous improvement. Manages government stakeholder communications, executive reviews, subordinate leaders, workforce strategy, and AI-enabled service enhancements while ensuring compliance with NIST, FISMA, ATO, and related federal requirements.

Leads a large-scale USSOCOM enterprise Knowledge Management and modernization program, overseeing distributed technical teams, staffing, budgets, schedules, deliverables, risk, quality, compliance, and customer engagement. Directs initiatives involving Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, application development, analytics, records management, DevSecOps, Agile delivery, and organizational transformation across classified and unclassified environments. Serves as contractor primary point of contact with Government leadership and coordinates CONUS and OCONUS operations.

Provides Tier 3 engineering support for Cisco voice and VoIP systems supporting U.S. Air Force communications. Configures, secures, patches, integrates, and troubleshoots CUCM, SIP, voice gateways, session border controllers, and related infrastructure. Tests upgrades, applies STIGs, resolves routing and interoperability issues, creates technical documentation, and coordinates with network, cybersecurity, government, and contractor teams. Translates mission and user needs into software requirements, coordinates Agile cross-functional teams, and guides WordPress, cloud-native, low-code, AI-assisted, and custom application solutions. Ensures accessibility, cybersecurity, privacy, quality, ITIL operations, stakeholder alignment, release readiness, and compliance with federal requirements including Section 508, RMF, NIST controls, and Zero Trust principles.

Administers Oracle databases across development, test, staging, and production environments. Performs monitoring, maintenance, backups, recovery, patching, tuning, schema updates, indexing, troubleshooting, access control, encryption, auditing, and compliance remediation. Supports migrations, releases, environment synchronization, documentation, and collaboration with development and cybersecurity teams. Requires an active Top Secret clearance, database administration experience, relevant certifications, and strong Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, and DoD security knowledge.

Leads secure, scalable enterprise application architecture and Agile software delivery in a federal and DoD-aligned environment. Facilitates Scrum ceremonies, translates requirements into technical tasks, oversees code quality and integrations, supports cloud deployments and CI/CD, ensures DoD cybersecurity compliance, resolves complex defects, reviews technical documentation, and mentors development teams.
