Manages global convenings, summits, public-private partnerships, stakeholder commitments, technology deployments, travel logistics, tracking systems, reports, decision memos, and after-action documentation. Supports Presidential priorities involving AI, global education, and child online safety while resolving coordination challenges across multiple countries and time zones.

Supports Navy shipyard leadership through legislative analysis, congressional engagement, public affairs, media relations, executive briefings, speeches, and strategic communications. Tracks defense budgets, congressional hearings, audits, political and technological trends, and relevant events. Produces reports, fact sheets, press releases, talking points, presentations, web content, and defense trade articles while coordinating media inquiries, briefings, symposia materials, and public release archives.

Leads software development execution across multiple Agile teams supporting the Army Military Payroll program. Manages delivery planning, capacity, staffing, standards, processes, risks, architecture alignment, stakeholder communication, performance management, mentoring, and development community practices. Serves as the primary development representative to program and government stakeholders while ensuring work meets technical, regulatory, and program requirements.

Develop and configure PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools and SQL to support Army military payroll systems. Responsibilities include implementing technical designs, estimating work, documenting configurations, conducting unit testing, resolving defects, performing peer reviews, explaining code, and demonstrating functionality to users within an Agile team.

Supports full-lifecycle systems engineering and integration of Navy C4I capabilities using MBSE, digital engineering, and MOSA practices. Develops system and system-of-systems models, architecture products, interfaces, requirements traceability, and technical assessments. Coordinates integration across product offices, ship designers, shipbuilders, and warfare centers, including modular cabinets and shipboard infrastructure. Tracks risks, dependencies, technical maturity, and milestones while preparing recommendations and decision-support materials for Government engineering leadership.

Supports Agile software delivery teams by writing and managing user stories, epics, and features; administering Agile project tools; collecting team data; producing project metrics, reports, and CDRL inputs; and coordinating project analysis for managers. The role requires communication with program leadership and an Army client, collaboration across Agile teams, independent problem-solving, and leadership or mentoring of subordinate staff.

Administer contracts for an Army customer’s PMO, including IDIQ and multi-award contracts. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, task order support, vendor onboarding and management, performance and spend tracking, solicitation and proposal evaluation, contract negotiations, compliance, dispute resolution, documentation, and contract closeout. The role requires extensive federal contracting experience, knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and CPSR requirements, and coordination among vendors and government stakeholders.

Provides senior business and functional analysis for NAVSUP software modernization projects. Elicits and manages requirements, decomposes work into Agile backlog items, defines acceptance criteria, maintains traceability, supports SDLC activities, coordinates testing and deployment, and facilitates Scrum events. The role also develops roadmaps and metrics, supports production outages, prepares release materials, trains users, transfers knowledge, and mentors Government personnel. Requires Agile delivery experience, business requirements expertise, SQL and Excel proficiency, U.S. citizenship, and successful completion of a Public Trust investigation.
