Develops, executes, and validates AFSIM physics-based mission simulations derived from MBSE SysML artifacts. Analyzes sensor-to-shooter kill chains, system interactions, mission outcomes, and operational effects across integrated sensor, weapon, RF, EW, and command elements. Leads complex government technology programs, managing scope, budgets, schedules, staffing, vendors, risks, and contractual deliverables. Interfaces with government customers, users, senior leadership, and vendors while supporting technical briefings and security-tool implementation in classified and unclassified environments.

Provides mechanical engineering quality assurance and construction oversight for a large building project in Kampala. Reviews drawings, specifications, shop drawings, submittals, calculations, RFIs, schedules, and contractor invoices; performs mechanical and plumbing inspections; monitors quality and safety programs; evaluates noncompliance and proposed remedies; prepares progress reports; and supports commissioning, change orders, and design coordination.

Provides engineering and technical support for a Navy C4I Messaging program. Responsibilities include configuring and operating LAN/WAN, virtualized networks, routing, firewalls, encryption devices, and network security tools. The role requires Security+ and CCNA IAT certification, U.S. citizenship, and a Top Secret security clearance. Direct tactical messaging experience is preferred, and travel to CONUS and OCONUS facilities is required.

Supports P-8A aircraft modifications through electrical design, avionics change development, technical drawing preparation, configuration audits, engineering investigations, and Flight Clearance Technical Data Package reviews. Develops installation packages, analyzes electrical loads, supports maintainability and logistics planning, provides on-site modification support, responds to customer requests, and mentors journeyman-level engineers.
