Leads end-to-end Workday functional implementations across multiple modules, serving as functional design authority and primary client contact. Manages and mentors 8–10 consultants, governs business processes, security, reporting, release readiness, testing, documentation, and data integrity. Partners with technical teams, supports presales and scoping, and manages senior stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
