Develop and support character modeling workflows for animated feature films. Develop and deploy machine-learning solutions and automation tools for VFX and animation pipelines. Build web interfaces, ML/MLOps services, Linux packages, and performance-critical components using Python, C++, and TypeScript. Implement testing, CI standards, observability, secure APIs, documentation, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with engineers, researchers, architects, artists, and global stakeholders while mentoring developers and delivering reliable systems under tight deadlines.

Oversee financial management for VFX production operations, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, tax incentives, rebates, and production financing. Collaborate with producers, artists, production teams, clients, and auditors to ensure accurate reporting, financial compliance, cost efficiency, and project success across multiple VFX projects.

Develop and maintain software tools and pipeline integrations for compositing, rotoscoping, matte painting, and motion graphics workflows. Extend Nuke and proprietary systems, automate repetitive tasks, build artist-friendly interfaces, support image processing and deep image data, and collaborate with artists and stakeholders throughout the software lifecycle. The role also contributes to agile development, testing, deployment, and workflow improvement.

Develops, maintains, and enhances web and desktop applications using ASP.NET, MVC, Python, WPF, and RESTful APIs. Designs databases, writes optimized SQL queries and stored procedures, and manages ADO.NET components. Builds responsive interfaces with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS. Supports existing systems, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and independently delivers application projects.

Manage VFX feature film production across multiple sites, coordinating producers, supervisors, artists, departments, schedules, milestones, resources, and client relationships. Develop shot schedules, track weekly progress, resolve creative and technical challenges, allocate crews, and ensure timely delivery of assets, shots, and final sequences.

Supports procurement projects through sourcing exercises, price negotiations, purchase requisition management, and supplier network optimization. Partners with stakeholders to improve value and efficiency across the supply network. The role requires IT, technology, administrative, and import procurement experience, along with SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency. Strong organization, analytical thinking, communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork are essential.
