Facilitates new employee orientation and organizational training, develops learning materials, coordinates onboarding schedules, administers the Relias LMS, monitors compliance, and partners with leaders to improve employee learning experiences. The role also provides onboarding support, instructor-led training, reporting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
