Develop and execute sales plans for pharmacy automation and workflow solutions across Quebec and assigned Canadian territories. Generate B2B healthcare opportunities, build relationships with hospitals and pharmacies, deliver presentations and demonstrations, develop proposals, manage the full sales cycle, maintain CRM pipeline data, and achieve sales targets. The role requires professional fluency in French and English, up to 50% travel, and collaboration with healthcare and operational decision-makers.

Coordinates commercial operations by tracking RFPs, RFQs, bids, opportunities, deadlines, and CRM records. Supports proposal development by gathering cross-functional inputs, preparing accurate submission documents, and ensuring timely delivery. Maintains commercial documentation, prepares reports and pipeline updates, coordinates communication across Sales, Client Solutions, Finance, Engineering, and Operations, and supports process improvements. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Leads end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, including procurement, inventory, production planning, warehousing, shipping, and supplier management. Supervises supply chain and warehouse teams, maintains ERP master data, forecasts material requirements, monitors KPIs, improves processes, and ensures compliance with safety, inventory, customs, and international shipping requirements. Collaborates with Engineering, Production, Quality, Finance, and Customer Operations to support manufacturing and customer demand.
