Provides technical support and customer service across corporate and community locations. Troubleshoots Windows devices, Microsoft 365, user accounts, networks, peripherals, conference room technology, and endpoint security. Manages tickets, documentation, access administration, device support, user training, and issue escalation. Participates in on-call and technology support rotations, assists with projects, identifies security concerns, and improves support processes and customer experiences.

Administers employee leave and accommodation programs, including eligibility verification, leave calculations, required notices, compliance with federal and state regulations, HRIS and timekeeping updates, employee communications, ADA interactive processes, and return-to-work coordination. Advises employees and managers, maintains confidential records, tracks absences, and escalates complex matters while supporting compliance with FMLA, ADA, USERRA, and related policies.

Leads enterprise information security strategy, governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, privacy protection, third-party security, vulnerability management, incident response, and security operations. Advises executives, oversees audits and cybersecurity assessments, manages security budgets and vendors, and leads the information security team. The role develops security policies and programs across corporate operations and nationwide communities while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, SOC, and other applicable requirements.

Supports daily HR operations and serves as the first point of contact for employees and applicants. Coordinates offers, screenings, background checks, references, onboarding paperwork, orientations, and training schedules. Maintains HRIS, timekeeping, I-9, benefits, training, certification, and confidential personnel records. Assists with network access and employee communications while providing professional administrative support.

Coordinates HR compliance and onboarding activities for a senior living community. Responsibilities include completing pre-employment screenings, organizing new-hire orientations, maintaining training records and personnel files, preparing training certificates, and distributing 401(k) materials. The role requires bilingual Spanish communication and adherence to corporate and state employment requirements.

Directs marketing and sales activities for independent living residences, including occupancy development, advertising, referral programs, events, lead generation, budgeting, and sales strategy. Supervises residency counselors and marketing staff, manages prospect follow-up, tracks performance, maintains CRM records, prepares reports, and collaborates with senior leadership to achieve occupancy and sales goals.

Answers and transfers incoming calls professionally, provides information and directions, assists residents, staff, guests, and vendors, and performs assigned clerical duties in a senior living community. This is a PRN position with hourly pay of $16.00–$16.50 and PTO and employee assistance program benefits.
