Design and optimize mobile-first consumer experiences that drive onboarding, conversion, referrals, retention, and marketplace growth. Lead growth experiments, user research, interaction and visual design, and lifecycle experiences from discovery through launch and iteration. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing while contributing to Bidbus’s design system and shaping intuitive, high-quality web and mobile products.

Leads cross-functional operational projects across vehicle transactions, from auction through delivery and payment. Identifies bottlenecks, analyzes performance data, designs scalable workflows, establishes metrics, coordinates stakeholders, and implements process improvements. The role translates operational needs into product and engineering requests, supports new process and market rollouts, and grows toward ownership of a key business function.

Source pre-owned vehicles from private sellers through online marketplaces and classifieds. Engage sellers by phone, text, and direct message; evaluate vehicle details, titles, liens, condition, and pricing; negotiate and convert qualified sellers into completed vehicle listings. Maintain accurate CRM records, manage a high-volume pipeline, meet acquisition and conversion goals, and optimize sourcing-channel performance.

Build Bidbus’s creator growth engine from the ground up by developing creator and influencer strategies, campaign concepts, storytelling frameworks, and scalable ambassador, affiliate, and partnership programs. Identify and manage creators across major platforms, lead campaigns through execution, measure acquisition outcomes, and repurpose effective content for paid channels. The role partners closely with executive, growth, product, design, and performance marketing teams and will eventually lead the creator growth function.

Own the demand-side marketplace growth strategy, roadmap, experimentation, and KPIs. Build matching, recommendations, discovery, engagement, incentive, notification, auction, and re-engagement products that increase buyer participation, liquidity, bidding, retention, and purchase frequency. Lead 0-to-1 initiatives, analyze marketplace behavior, identify growth constraints, and partner with Design, Engineering, Data, and Marketplace Operations to scale solutions across markets.

Lead Bidbus’s seller supply growth strategy and roadmap. Own the seller acquisition and conversion funnel from lead through sale, develop product-led growth initiatives, and launch referral, retention, reactivation, and viral growth systems. Use customer research, analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing to improve activation, conversion, and retention. Partner with Marketing, Design, Engineering, Operations, and company founders to deliver customer-facing products and ambitious marketplace growth initiatives.
