Follows up on overdue accounts through calls, email, tickets, and WhatsApp; manages payment recovery, negotiates payment arrangements, resolves billing disputes, and supports account-related queries. The role coordinates with Legal, Billing, and Customer Service teams, updates CRM and billing records, escalates unresolved matters, and meets collection targets while maintaining professional customer communication.

Manages existing customer relationships, retention, renewals, upselling, onboarding, product adoption, service queries, and escalations. Conducts field visits, supports walk-in customers, maintains CRM records, resolves issues, and collaborates with Sales, Support, Billing, and Service Delivery teams to improve customer satisfaction and account growth.

Process customer billing, invoices, subscriptions, collections, payment follow-ups, and payment reconciliations. Maintain accurate financial records, resolve billing discrepancies, respond to customer billing queries, monitor overdue accounts, support monthly billing cycles, and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Service Delivery teams. The role requires strong attention to detail, communication, organization, accountability, and professionalism in a fast-paced in-office environment.

Processes customer billing, invoices, subscriptions, collections, payments, reconciliations, and account records using Zoho systems. Handles billing inquiries, overdue accounts, discrepancies, and payment allocation issues while supporting monthly billing cycles and reporting. Collaborates with Sales, Support, and Service Delivery teams to resolve account matters and follows internal billing and collections procedures. Requires accuracy, professionalism, organization, strong communication, and the ability to manage deadlines and difficult customer conversations.
