Lead the mechanical architecture and design of an innovative hardware appliance from concept through final CAD files. Perform structural and functional engineering calculations, coordinate prototyping, and oversee fabrication and assembly. Serve as the primary technical authority for the mechanical scope, independently owning design decisions and translating concepts into a production-ready prototype. The role requires hands-on experience with food-grade machinery or commercial kitchen equipment and strong CAD proficiency.
