Administer employee leave and benefits programs, including FMLA, workers’ compensation, benefits enrollment, 401(k) support, HRIS processes, and compliance activities. The role develops expertise in grinding, gravity concentration, flotation, leaching, and filtering while providing exposure to operations, maintenance, and mining departments. Responsibilities include completing metallurgical duties, analyzing process data, solving problems, communicating effectively, and working independently on a rotating onsite schedule.
