Coordinates with Service, Sales, Used Cars, and General Management; tracks activity in VinSolutions; manages exchange packets; and builds and supervises the Vehicle Exchange team.

Leads the pre-owned vehicle department, overseeing inventory acquisition, appraisals, pricing, merchandising, profitability, sales performance, and market strategy. Desks deals, supports negotiations, monitors CRM activity, and ensures competitive vehicle positioning. Recruits, trains, coaches, and holds sales staff accountable while collaborating with finance, service, and general sales management. Maintains compliance, vehicle quality, customer follow-up, and department objectives.
