Develops and administers quality assurance programs for consumer lending, verifies loan data and documentation, monitors regulatory compliance, identifies process improvements, and reports audit findings and trends to management. The role maintains lending policy knowledge, supports AML/BSA compliance activities, meets service-level and regulatory timelines, and recommends corrective actions.

Provides comprehensive, fee-based financial planning and investment advice to credit union members. Develops customized financial plans, delivers ongoing guidance, prospects and follows up with members, and collaborates with branch employees. The advisor also trains branch staff on investment goals, maintains regulatory and ethical standards, completes required education, and travels to multiple branches and administrative locations as scheduled.

Processes and researches ATM, Visa, debit, credit, and POS transactions, including disputes and fraud claims. Uses banking applications to resolve exceptions, maintain account files, process adjustments, prepare reports, and balance general ledger transactions. Supports staff and members by phone, email, and written correspondence. Performs ATM and Visa fraud analysis and follows AML/BSA, CTR, OFAC, and suspicious-activity procedures. This is a full-time, rotational schedule requiring occasional Saturday and late-Friday coverage.

Processes, reviews, funds, and maintains direct and indirect consumer loan applications, ensuring complete documentation, accurate data, regulatory compliance, and timely closing. Analyzes income, assets, liabilities, debt-to-income ratios, and loan-to-value ratios. Coordinates with branches, members, and automobile dealerships, resolves funding issues, answers lending questions, supports training, monitors workflows, and serves as a resource for complex consumer lending matters. Participates in compliance activities, including AML/BSA, CTR, OFAC, and customer identification procedures.

Leads the finance function, including financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, profitability modeling, audit and regulatory exam support, CECL management, financial database reporting, and ALM-related analysis. Oversees staff hiring, coaching, performance, and development. Partners with senior leadership, the CFO, auditors, and other departments to provide financial insights, prepare Board materials, maintain data integrity, assess risk, and support strategic projects.

Oversee and review wire transfer activity, approvals, balancing, reconciliations, verification, and discrepancy reporting. Support accounting close activities, including journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and variance analysis. Assist with audits, system testing, compliance procedures, troubleshooting, training, service-level monitoring, and process improvements. Ensure adherence to AML/BSA, CTR, and OFAC requirements while supporting branches and internal stakeholders.

Leads card operations and services strategy, department goals, staff performance, ATM and Visa functions, fraud and dispute processes, card production, rewards, prepaid programs, vendors, compliance, and workflow improvements. Develops growth opportunities, advises senior leadership, manages operational metrics and dashboards, maintains service quality, and serves as a subject matter expert for card systems and programs.

Manages employee leaves, workplace accommodations, Workers’ Compensation claims, ergonomics, and benefits programs. Oversees compliance with COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, and Cal/OSHA requirements; leads open enrollment, annual renewals, benefit reconciliation, vendor management, and employee communications. Supervises and mentors direct reports, ensures accurate case documentation, partners with carriers and brokers, and provides HR policy guidance.

Provides operational support for business loan origination and portfolio management. Processes business, real estate, VISA, and auto loan applications; coordinates funding; maintains lending databases; reviews reports, covenants, documents, and appraisals; conducts loan audits and annual reviews; supports policy improvements and quality assurance; and follows AML/BSA compliance procedures.

Designs, deploys, maintains, and supports datacenter, LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, switching, and firewall infrastructure. Provides Tier III troubleshooting, network performance and security monitoring, vulnerability remediation, capacity planning, automation, documentation, and change management. Leads technical projects, supports maintenance and upgrades, coordinates vendors, trains operations teams, and provides occasional after-hours on-call support. The role is hybrid after 90 days onsite and requires occasional travel.
