Analyzes business processes, designs and configures application solutions, troubleshoots complex system issues, and leads implementations, integrations, testing, and deployments. Supervise cage-player services staff and oversee casino credit, collections, cash handling, deposits, payouts, audits, reports, rewards programs, and guest financial services equipment. Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, maintain accurate player and credit records, resolve guest concerns, monitor cash and inventory, and support departmental training, scheduling, performance management, and operational efficiency.

Performs revenue audits for cashier operations by reviewing paperwork, verifying procedures and signatures, entering reports and journal entries, preparing exception scorecards, and researching overages, shortages, and discrepancies. Maintains cashier and line-of-business records, researches bank-identified discrepancies, and allocates player points and comps. Requires flexible scheduling, gaming licensure, and occasional work outside normal business hours.

Supervises Drop Count Associates and assists with removing and counting casino cash proceeds from gaming machines, ticket redemption machines, and table games. Coordinates schedules, trains staff, monitors equipment and supplies, prepares reports for Gaming Accounting, protects casino assets, and reports suspicious activity. The role requires physical exertion, handling large amounts of money, adherence to security protocols, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
