Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, process mapping, and data analysis to improve warehouse efficiency, labor utilization, safety, ergonomics, quality, and costs. Leads end-to-end warehouse design and optimization projects from concept through implementation. Develops fulfillment and transportation network solutions involving equipment specification, material flow, process design, site layouts, automation, robotics, and advanced technologies. Establishes long-term warehouse design strategies, coordinates internal teams and vendors, manages concurrent projects, and delivers innovative, cost-effective solutions across multiple facilities.

Identify and research potential sellers, vendors, markets, and business opportunities. Build relationships with sellers and industry influencers, generate leads, create engaging content, capture required seller information, and guide new sellers through onboarding, SKU review, and launching products online. The role requires field visits, strong sales ambition, advanced English, and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
