Leads corporate internal audit and assurance activities, including financial, operational, compliance, vendor, and partner audits. Develops audit policies, frameworks, and annual plans; evaluates controls, risk management, and processes; advises management and the Audit Committee; tracks corrective actions; and leads the Internal Audit team. The role also oversees special audits, departmental budgets, stakeholder relationships, and compliance with auditing and accounting standards.

Manages a cross-functional team spanning performance marketing, commercial planning, data, analytics, and delivery. Coordinates with chapter leads and offline sales managers while prioritizing digital, data, and communications initiatives.

Manages accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, statutory and regulatory accounts, lender reporting, audit support, month-end and year-end close activities for a carbon capture and storage company. Responsibilities include depreciation, capitalization, cost allocation, intercompany accounting, financial statement preparation, internal controls, SAP-to-reporting reconciliation, and compliance with international and statutory accounting requirements.

Manage end-to-end indirect procurement activities, including stakeholder engagement, sourcing strategy, market analysis, supplier qualification, tendering, negotiation, contract award, compliance, and handover to contract management. Use Jaggaer and Excel to improve procurement efficiency, evaluate supplier capability and sustainability, and support continuous improvement. Ensure project records comply with Eni Group, SOX, FSMA, and broader ICT governance requirements while translating business needs into effective technology solutions.

Manage and improve contracts and procurement compliance, reporting, and planning processes for international oil and gas projects. Responsibilities include maintaining procurement plans, validating data, producing reports and dashboards, supporting audits and regulatory inquiries, updating procedures and templates, coordinating with business units and third parties, delivering training, and identifying process improvements. The role also performs procurement analyses, maintains SAP and e-procurement records, and supports sourcing strategies and governance compliance.
