At Eni, we are looking for an HR Coordinator to join Eni Côte d'Ivoire in Abidjan. You will coordinate and support all Human Resources activities to ensure effective workforce management, compliance with labour regulations, and alignment with business objectives.

You will provide operational support across recruitment, employee administration, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and HR reporting. You will also facilitate communication between employees, management, and external stakeholders, while contributing to a positive work environment and overall organisational effectiveness.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and integration.
  • Manage employee records and ensure accurate and confidential HR data administration.
  • Support training and development programmes and monitor effectiveness.
  • Coordinate performance management cycles and employee development plans.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies and employment matters
  • Support employee relations and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits with external providers.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports, workforce data, and KPIs.
  • Support expatriate processes (visas, work permits, immigration), where applicable.
  • Drive internal communication and stakeholder coordination
  • Support organisational development, change initiatives, and HR projects.
  • Assist with HR budgeting and employee welfare activities.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support the HRS Manager in team management and development.
  • Coordinate onboarding, training, and career development activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with employees, contractors, and service providers.
  • Ensure proper management of personnel files and HR records.

HSE Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
  • Promote a culture of safety, well-being, and environmental responsibility.
  • Support HSE initiatives and awareness programmes.

Skills and experience required:

Qualifications and experience:

  • Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s, Bac+4/5) in HR, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, personnel administration, or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices.
  • Experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (HRIS/HCM).
