Provides technical, administrative, and quality oversight for claims operations, including delegated claims administrators, offshore partners, first notice of loss, data governance, audits, internal controls, SOPs, peer reviews, projects, and loss fund reconciliation. The role coordinates with claims, finance, legal, data operations, auditors, TPAs, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, compliant claims processes and strong customer service.

Develop and maintain Power BI, paginated reporting, semantic models, datasets, and Databricks analytics solutions. Translate stakeholder needs into reliable insights, improve performance, validate data, document solutions, and support migration from legacy reporting platforms. The role manages software, cloud, infrastructure, telecoms, cyber, managed services, and data suppliers while using Workday Strategic Sourcing and Evisort to improve commercial outcomes and contract intelligence.

Supports monthly financial close activities for Chicago and New York operations, including bank account reconciliations, intercompany accounting, settlements, statutory financial reporting, and ledger submissions. Maintains accurate and timely financial records while supporting regulatory and internal compliance requirements. Manages credit control and technical accounting for insurance premiums and claims in Singapore. Oversees broker collections, premium allocations, reconciliations, ledger entries, financial reporting, internal controls, and reporting to London. Coordinates with Finance and international offices, leads Credit Controllers, and develops team performance and processes.

Define and govern Microsoft Azure cloud architecture across enterprise and hybrid environments. Design secure, resilient, scalable, and cost-effective solutions; establish migration and modernization patterns; provide architectural assurance; and guide infrastructure, engineering, security, and vendor teams. Develop governance for identity, networking, automation, and costs while promoting Infrastructure as Code, operational readiness, and architectural best practices.
