Translate requirements into compliant designs while balancing cost, quality, safety, and schedule. Provide production troubleshooting and design improvement support, assist product transfers to the Dover site, and contribute to PLM implementation and new system introductions. Apply knowledge of electromechanical assemblies, manufacturing processes, materials, mechanical standards, DFMA, and EMC principles.

Drives regional sales growth for transformer testing, monitoring software, and diagnostic products. Develops opportunities, supports account managers with technical proposals and pricing, delivers demonstrations and training, and provides transformer testing and diagnostic expertise. Translates business-unit strategy into regional plans, supports product launches, gathers market feedback, and collaborates with sales, engineering, marketing, product management, and technical support.
