Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting for US-based clients, including bank and credit card reconciliations, month-end close, journal entries, financial reporting, financial statement preparation, invoicing, and client communication. The role requires ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery while working with QuickBooks Online and potentially Xero.

Leads a US accounting team supporting 3–5 clients. Reviews accounting deliverables, month-end close, financial statements, and quality standards; resolves accounting issues; manages client communications and escalations; allocates team workloads; develops SOPs and training; monitors productivity and client satisfaction; and supports process transitions and improvements.

Own client relationships for outsourced accounting and finance engagements, serving as a trusted advisor and coordinating internal delivery teams. Identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements, strengthen workflows and documentation, conduct client health checks, resolve issues, and translate feedback into action plans. Build long-term client value by understanding finance operations and identifying genuine opportunities for expanded support.

Drive end-to-end enterprise sales and deal closure for offshore accounting team engagements targeting US corporates and mid-market enterprises. Build relationships with CFOs, Controllers, finance leaders, and outsourcing ecosystems; generate pipeline through networking, conferences, and strategic outreach; negotiate commercial terms; coordinate onboarding; and position scalable offshore finance delivery models.

Supports the co-founder through calendar and meeting management, scheduling across India and US time zones, email drafting, action tracking, stakeholder follow-ups, podcast and webinar coordination, travel planning, conference support, documentation, and administrative organization. The role requires strong communication, discretion, attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while improving the founder’s productivity and reducing missed commitments.

Generate qualified leads in the Indian market through networking, referrals, events, meetings, and relationship building. Follow up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn; nurture opportunities through the sales funnel; coordinate meetings; support commercial discussions; maintain pipeline data in Zoho CRM; and collaborate with sales leadership to improve conversions.

Manage US accounting activities including bank reconciliations, payroll bookkeeping, depreciation, amortization, deferred revenue, accruals, financial statement analysis, month-end closing, reporting, and SOP development. Independently manage client communications, calls, escalations, and relationships while learning new applications and reporting tools.
