Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and executive leadership team. The role requires strong communication, organization, autonomy, professionalism, and occasional travel to represent the firm at corporate events.

Manage B2B sales for the Franchise Division, meet monthly PEO sales quotas, generate leads, present proposals, and close new business. Lead sales team members across projects, support alliance partners at events and tradeshows, manage client files and administrative workflows, optimize SOPs, and serve as a remote brand ambassador. The role requires strategic service sales experience, strong communication, self-direction, and the ability to develop sales plans and supervise evolving projects.

Supports the National Alliance Sales office by prospecting new clients, fostering business relationships, meeting monthly PEO sales quotas, and assisting with marketing campaigns, partnerships, and sales projects. Represents the company at conventions, conferences, tradeshows, and other corporate events. Provides administrative support, responds to prospects and team members, maintains client files, troubleshoots office equipment, and may supervise a small innovation team.
