Corporate Counsel will support ExamWorks Canada across commercial contracting, privacy, cybersecurity, employment, regulatory, litigation, corporate governance, compliance, and strategic transactions. The role drafts and negotiates agreements, advises business leaders, manages legal risks, supports mergers and acquisitions, coordinates external counsel, and maintains corporate records. Candidates need a Canadian law degree, Ontario or Quebec bar membership, and approximately 2–4 years of post-call experience. Bilingual English/French proficiency and law firm experience are preferred.

Operationalize and manage enterprise governance across AI, automation, data and analytics, and product investments. Own governance policies, exceptions, committee operations, maturity tracking, stakeholder requirements, risk scoring, data catalog and lineage processes, security and privacy controls, reporting, and user enablement. The role requires business analysis, data governance, AI risk assessment, regulatory awareness, Agile delivery, and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Lead the company’s investor relations strategy and serve as the primary liaison with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and financial markets. Prepare earnings materials, guidance communications, investor presentations, and Board updates; manage earnings calls, roadshows, conferences, and analyst relationships; analyze ownership, trading activity, valuation, and investor sentiment; and advise executives on market perceptions and shareholder expectations.

Develops sales in the medical-legal claims market by identifying prospects, acquiring clients, managing existing accounts, creating proposals, and expanding customer relationships. Represents the company at industry events, analyzes market and competition, supports physician recruiting, resolves client concerns, tracks sales results, and reports performance to leadership. Requires claims-related industry experience, presentation and problem-solving skills, confidentiality, and frequent travel to trade shows and client engagements.

Coordinates medical claims, records, referrals, and supporting documentation for independent medical review cases. Retrieves, verifies, organizes, and archives case materials; updates databases; contacts providers; responds to client inquiries; tracks workflow and report status; performs clerical tasks; supports complaint and quality issue resolution; and maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Leads business development across an assigned region by identifying new client opportunities, expanding existing relationships, increasing referrals, and growing revenue. Develops sales strategies, monitors market and competitive conditions, presents services, maintains key accounts, and collaborates with account management and other business development leaders. Represents the company at industry events and reports sales performance to senior leadership. The role requires 60–70% travel, primarily by air.

Manage and grow an established client portfolio, primarily serving law firms and insurance organizations. Build trusted relationships, understand client needs, expand services, conduct meetings and training, demonstrate products, onboard firms, and increase platform adoption. Maintain CRM records, perform account reviews, pursue targeted outreach, and achieve referral and revenue growth goals through consultative account management.

Develops and leads marketing strategy for the IME business unit, including annual planning, budgeting, market and competitor analysis, research, email campaigns, social media, advertising, content creation, event management, sales support, and executive presentations. The role builds relationships with clients, partners, and staff while supporting product and service growth in a remote healthcare-services environment.

Handles client inquiries, report-status requests, provider assignments, database updates, case filing, and clerical tasks. Coordinates with quality assurance and internal departments to resolve questions, complaints, and report issues while ensuring timely case completion. Maintains accurate, confidential client information and follows HIPAA, company, safety, and legal requirements in a fully remote healthcare-focused environment.

Responds to client inquiries through email, portals, and phone calls; provides case updates and status checks; enters, verifies, tracks, and documents client and claimant data; performs clerical duties; resolves complaints; routes calls; maintains confidentiality and regulatory compliance; and collaborates with team members to ensure timely case completion.
