Leads infrastructure business development across Indiana’s transportation and municipal markets while providing senior civil engineering and project leadership. Responsibilities include producing construction drawings and specifications, equipment selection and sizing, site visits, facility condition assessments, cost estimates, CAD and simulation modeling, construction administration, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. The engineer may lead technicians and designers, maintain code and industry knowledge, and travel up to 30% of the time.

Leads civil site development projects from concept through completion, directing sitework, grading, stormwater management, utility design, ADA compliance, regulatory compliance, technical documentation, and QA/QC. Provides scopes and strategic direction, manages construction assistance and administration, mentors design staff, supports recruitment and retention, and collaborates across infrastructure groups. Projects serve municipalities, educational institutions, and commercial or industrial developments.

Leads advanced air mobility and traditional airport planning projects, including master plans, layout plans, capital programs, vertiport siting, feasibility studies, and infrastructure integration. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, client relationships, regulatory coordination, technical analyses, multidisciplinary teams, reports, proposals, and presentations. Supports business development, grant applications, stakeholder engagement, staff mentoring, and the integration of emerging aviation technologies and sustainability practices.

Design roadway and transportation infrastructure projects for public and private clients. Lead roadway tasks, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, review technical work, develop construction plans and contract documents, prepare calculations and cost estimates, author engineering reports, mentor junior staff, support client meetings and proposals, and conduct site visits. The role requires occasional travel for project meetings and site reviews.

Design and deliver roadway and transportation projects for government and DOT clients, including highways, streets, bridges, culverts, intersections, sidewalks, rail crossings, signing, pavement markings, and traffic control plans. Prepare and review complex calculations and construction documents, coordinate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, support proposals, interact with clients, and help manage staffing and backlog.

Supports electrical design, planning, and construction activities for government-focused projects under licensed engineers and project managers. Prepares electrical drawings, specifications, calculations, and documentation; assists with power distribution, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, low-voltage, generator, and emergency power systems. Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, supports construction administration, reviews submittals, and participates in field observations.
