Welcomes collision center customers, manages calls and appointments, provides repair updates, opens repair orders, processes payments, balances receipts, maintains records, communicates with insurers and staff, performs clerical duties, and supports the body shop manager and estimators.

Manages dealership finance and insurance activities, including selling F&I products, preparing accurate title and funding paperwork, maintaining lender relationships, complying with regulations, minimizing contracts-in-transit, and meeting profitability and sales goals. Builds customer relationships, supports sales staff with deal structuring, coordinates with bankers and manufacturer representatives, and educates customers on surveys and available products.
