Joe Myers Toyota is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Body Shop Receptionist to join our Collision Center team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the front office operates efficiently. This is a full-time position, Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position requires working every other Saturday.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Schedule body shop estimates, repair appointments, and customer follow-ups.
- Assist customers with repair status updates and general inquiries.
- Open and maintain repair orders accurately.
- Process payments and balance daily receipts.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies, customers, and body shop staff.
- Maintain customer records and file documentation.
- Perform general clerical duties, including scanning, copying, filing, and data entry.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Provide administrative support to the Body Shop Manager and Estimators as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
- Automotive dealership or collision center experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
