Supports daily network infrastructure operations across on-premises and cloud environments. Demonstrate and support Komatsu GPS machine-control and grade-control technology during and after equipment sales. Coordinate demonstrations, train customers, communicate with GPS manufacturers and dealers, manage product inventory and rental activities, and provide basic troubleshooting guidance to technicians. The role requires precision GPS, construction surveying, heavy equipment, networking, software, and construction knowledge.

Expand product support revenue within an assigned territory by selling parts, service repairs, consumables, and undercarriage products. Prepare quotations, conduct customer and machine visits, complete inspections, promote marketing programs, support warranty and electronic ordering processes, maintain customer and machine data in CRM, and submit daily call reports. Build strong relationships with customers and internal Parts, Service, and Sales teams while providing equipment support solutions.

Coordinates territory sales for material handling products, manages demonstrations and deliveries, assists with quotes, maintains activity logs, communicates inventory and specification needs, supports technical information flow, develops customer relationships, and attends trade shows. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, data-entry ability, customer relationship management experience, a bachelor's degree, and relevant material-handling product and industry knowledge.

Expands product support sales within an assigned territory by identifying parts and service opportunities, preparing customer quotations, conducting after-sales and machine visits, completing inspections and warranty documentation, promoting parts and service programs, maintaining CRM records, and building relationships with customers and internal Parts, Service, and Sales teams.

Drives sales of Deutz-Fahr and Kubota tractors and agricultural implements by prospecting, presenting products, managing territory relationships, explaining financing, documenting sales activity, resolving customer issues, monitoring competitors, supporting timely order fulfillment, and representing the company at industry events.

Provides desk-side IT support for Windows workstations, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, printers, file shares, peripherals, mobile devices, and hardware. Installs and configures software, performs hardware replacement and troubleshooting, supports user moves and changes, manages trouble tickets, documents diagnostic actions, meets SLA requirements, and escalates issues when needed. The role is fully onsite in Leesburg, Georgia, with occasional local travel and physical duties including lifting equipment and climbing ladders.
