Senior Electrical Engineer responsible for designing power distribution, lighting, emergency and standby power systems for complex building projects. Leads technical teams, coordinates with multidisciplinary design teams, manages budgets and schedules, ensures code compliance, and supports construction administration through field visits, RFIs, shop drawing reviews, and field reports. The role also includes conceptual studies, client presentations, staff development, and maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Manage multiple large architecture and engineering projects for mission-critical data centers and life sciences clients from planning through construction. Serve as prime consultant, coordinate architects, structural and civil engineers, lead client meetings and presentations, prepare proposals, estimate fees, present team qualifications, and manage project schedules and budgets. Projects involve building infrastructure, site development, utility distribution, permitting, and MEP/FP systems.

Manage schedules, budgets, client communications, project designs, coordination across MEP trade departments, quality control, deliverables, deadlines, and project close-out. Lead projects from concept through construction documents and support business development and proposals. The role requires client-facing communication, consulting-firm project management experience, engineering knowledge, BIM/Revit familiarity, and strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
