PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of schedule and budgets for a multitude of projects.
- Responsible for client communications.
- Should have a knowledge of technical terms and be able to have a good rapport with outside partners.
- Focused on all aspects of project work from planning through construction, including client meetings and presentations to ensuring continued understanding of the clients needs.
- Effectively develop and manage project designs from initial concept through design documents, construction documents and close-out.
- Collaborate and coordinate with all trade departments.
- Manages QC and deliverables as well as deadlines.
- Assist with business development and development of proposals.
KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
- PE license preferred.
- 7 plus years project management experience.
- Understand industry trends.
- Fluency in MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook and cloud tools. Strong communication and computer skills are required.
- Working knowledge of BIM and Revit.
- Decision making and judgement necessary.
- The preferred candidate will have excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem solving, analytical skills and organized.
- Prior experience in project managing projects in an E or A or A/E consulting firm.
- Client-facing skills.

This is a high visibility role and the total compensation that we expect to pay for this position is dependent on years of experience, licensure, education and project portfolio but expected to be in the $130,000 to $170,000 range.
Skills Required
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Seven or more years of project management experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Working knowledge of BIM and Revit
- Prior project management experience in an engineering, architecture, or architecture/engineering consulting firm
- Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and computer skills
- Client-facing skills
